Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos was on Monday, October 22, involved in an embarrassing scuffle with an academy player in a bizarre training ground bust-up. Ramos, who has over time grown a reputation as a no-nonsense defender, exhibited his fiery character once again in training.
In a video that is fast going rival, Ramos tries to boot a ball at 21-year-old Sergio Reguilon, seconds after the youngster inadvertently caught him on the face during a friendly game of handball.
Moments after the minor accident, Ramos tried to aggressively kick the ball at Reguilon but he missed. He however had his revenge moments later as he picked his moment to show Regulion, who only recently joined the first team in training, who is boss. The incident instantly caught the eye of Twitter users who were left disgusted by Ramos’ behavior, especially toward a hapless academy graduate.
