Douglas Costa has been banned for four matches after spitting at Federico Di Francesco in a match between Juventus and Sassuolo, Lega Serie A confirmed.
The Juventus winger, Douglas Costa was sent off right at the end of Juventus’ 2-1 win over Sassuolo at the weekend after he was caught by the Video Assistant Referee spitting into the mouth of the Nerovderi midfielder.

It means Douglas Costa will be on the sidelines for games against Frosinone, Bologna, Napoli and Udinese.
